PCA Bar Charts

To access the PCA Bar Charts, click the View Bar Charts button on the PCA model view.

Bar Chart options

Choose between the following bar graphs:

Loading plots of principal components: These bar charts show the loading of the input variables on the principal components.
Scree plot: The bar chart shows the contribution to proportional variance the principal components have on the scree plot.

Customize the display:

Show labels: Toggle the visibility of the bar labels.
Show values: Toggle the visibility of the bar values.
Sorted by value: Toggle the sorting of bars according to value in descending order.
Auto scale visible: this check box is used to scale the bin heights in the bar chart.This is only available when comparison data is loaded.
- If selected, then the maximum height of the Y-axis will be that of the maximum bin height in the current view.
- If de-selected, then the maximum height of the Y-axis will be that of the maximum bin height of the entire dataset.
